When I saw this I was awed by the response of his classmates & the fact that his father (I assume) posted the video on YouTube.
Hate is always destructive & reduces those who hate to less than than the ones they hate. The younger generations are indeed paving a new way of thinking & a better way of accepting those who step to a different drummer.
At the presentation of senior class awards (Class Clown, Most Likely to Succeed, etc.), an LGBT teen publicly announces during his acceptance speech for Class Actor award that he is an LGBT teen and is tired of acting as someone he's not on a daily basis. His classmates clearly approve.
