Too often the mother of children have to apply for help when a Dead Beat Dad leaves the family. Child Support issue's are ongoing. With the Internet information can be easily found to establish that without a Dad in the family, the mother and children don't do as well.
If government has to step in to make these men assume at least their financial responsibilities to their families, than so be it. Otherwise, society becomes the 'parent' to ensure that the mother and children at least have a sustainable level of assistance.
There are many, many websites devoted to finding and pointing out the defencies of these men that have little or no concern for the mother of their child or their child.
